Barnwell Cambridge has been involved in completing some of Sydney’s most high profile Research facilities from new build to detailed refurbishments These have been awarded as construct only and as Design and Construct.
In many cases, once we have completed a project, our services have been extended by the Client or end users to include the ongoing “Business as usual” (BAU) requirements within these facilities This generally included all moves, adds and changes (MACS). To ensure that continuity and productivity efficiencies are maintained, we have designated staff allocated to these sites for ongoing servicing and emergency services callouts.
The Health Care/Medical Research industry has its own unique set of requirements regarding everything from design stage to the final fit out. We consider that Barnwell Cambridge has not only the experience required, but the right personnel to deliver a complete “turn-key” solution.
